St Gabriel's Introduces Special One-Off Greek Theme Menu
St Gabriel's is delighted to announce a special culinary event with the introduction of a Greek-themed menu in the Dining Room. For a limited time only, pupils will have the opportunity to indulge in the vibrant flavours and cultural heritage of Greece through a selection of mouthwatering dishes.
This unique menu features a variety of Greek-inspired delights, including gyro chicken thigh and gyro halloumi. Gyro chicken thighs boast tender, marinated chicken thighs grilled to perfection, while the gyro halloumi offers a delicious vegetarian alternative.
Accompanying these main courses are classic Greek sides such as Greek Salad, Briami, and soft flatbread, providing a wholesome and flavourful dining experience. To round off the meal on a sweet note, pupils enjoyed a decadent Greek Honey Cake, infused with fragrant honey and finished with a delicate syrup drizzle.
