Mollie Shay, year 9, has had an excellent set of results since the resumption of the golfing season. She has had her handicap halved on the back of wins in both junior and senior competitions at Newbury and Crookham GC.

In a recent senior competition she managed to achieve the lowest score with a fantastic score of 61, 9 under par, but unfortunately as a female junior, and due to competition rules, was not allowed to take the top prize but her achievement was recognised by the Club and a special prize was awarded.

Let’s hope there are many more wins to follow.
