Nursery Easter Egg Hunt: A Morning of Fun and Festivities!

On Saturday 29 March, our Nursery families gathered for a magical Easter Egg Hunt, set against the beautiful backdrop of St Gabriel’s woodland.
With the sun shining and excitement in the air, our little ones from Babies, Toddlers, and Pre-School set off on a woodland adventure in search of the Easter Bunny’s hidden treasures.
The children eagerly followed the trail around the lake, hunting for three different-coloured eggs. Our Nursery team were on hand to offer clues and encouragement, as little feet squelched through the muddy paths in their quest for Easter treats. Older siblings joined in the fun, making it a wonderful family morning filled with laughter and exploration.
Once all three eggs were collected, each child traded them in for a delicious Cadbury’s Easter Egg—a well-earned reward after a busy morning of searching! Families then gathered back on the lawn to enjoy refreshments and snacks, rounding off the morning with plenty of time to relax, chat, and soak up the spring sunshine.
A huge thank you to our wonderful PTA, who kindly sponsored the event and provided the Easter eggs, as well as to Katie Noonan (Nursery Manager) and the Nursery team for organising such a fantastic morning. The event was a huge success, bringing together our Nursery community and raising significant funds for the PTA in the process.
What a hoppy way to celebrate Easter!
