Selina D, Year 8, Ellen S, Year 9, Emily W, Year 9 and Pollyanna S, Year 10 competed in the West Berkshire 'Rotary Young Chef competition' recently.  The girls cooked their hearts out to produce a three course meal for two people, for under £15 in two hours. 

After months of preparation, planning and practice, the girls confidently dealt with the pressures of cooking in a professional kitchen, whilst under the watchful eye of the two, judges, who were professional chefs. It was a close call when it came to judging, with only 10 points between all of the competitors! We were delighted to see Emily placed 1st and Selina 2nd.  A huge well done to Ellen, Emily, Pollyanna and Selina!
