Year 5 Elodie Triumphs at Regional Biathlon Qualifier
Elodie put in an outstanding performance at the South & SE Regional Biathlon qualifier. Competing against a field of 34 participants in the Year 5 category, Elodie showcased remarkable talent and determination, securing a commendable 9th position.
Despite battling a cold, Elodie demonstrated exceptional athleticism and resilience throughout the competition. Her victory in the 800M running heat, albeit just shy of her personal best, exemplified her unwavering commitment to excellence. Elodie concluded the event on a high note by achieving a personal best in the 50M freestyle, highlighting her remarkable potential and determination.
The upcoming National Schools Biathlon event at Bath University on 24 April promises to be another opportunity for Elodie to shine, and we wish her the best of luck.
