We had the most fantastic morning of gymnastics whist hosting the West Berkshire Primary Schools Gymnastics Competition, where our teams competed with those from local schools. Teams from each of the three age group competed on the floor, vault and springboard, gaining points for the team through the execution of their individual skills. Everyone performed brilliantly during the morning gaining silver and gold medals. Years 1 & 2, 5 & 6 were second place while Years 3 & 4 won gold! Our senior girls came along to judge each station and to coach the teams during the morning.

Jess and Minty from Year 8 took a warm up for all the schools and Olivia and Millie from Year 10 performed their dance show piece, much to the amazement of the audience of children and their parents. Our year 1 and 2 team will go through to the county finals on 12 March; although the Year 3 and 4 team gained a finals place as gold medallists, they are unable to attend due to another school commitment.
