Young Voices at the O2
Pupils perform as Tony Hadley backing singers.
The disappointment of our Young Voices being unable to travel to the O2 Arena on Friday 1 February, due to adverse weather conditions was long forgotten when they performed on Tuesday 5 February. Pupils and parents also enjoyed the extra benefit of their own hospitality suite boxes, thanks to some last-minute rescheduling.
The event being the world’s largest school choir saw 8,600 children come together and strike a chord with an excited audience, a night our parents and pupils will never forget as they sang and danced their way through a packed two-hour programme which included being Tony Hadley’s backing singers!
It was amazing to see our pupils taking part in such a brilliant show at such a famous arena. This is the world’s largest school choir and it was an experience they will never forget. It was pure GOLD!
