This involved them participating in a number of different challenges including a problem-solving relay and an exercise designed to calculate pi to increasingly high levels of accuracy. It was a great morning which the teams approached with enthusiasm and determination; an excellent opportunity to look at mathematics beyond the GCSE curriculum.
