Whilst the proposition ably represented by Oluchi and Emily, a future medic and a future veterinarian, attempted to support the motion by citing scientific evidence, the opposition, represented by Stephanie and Zara, attacked their claims, refuting the need for empirical evidence, and, in fact, persuaded the floor to move to abstentions, which they declared a victory. The rowdy debate was chaired brilliantly by Josie and Annabelle.

Millie, Susannah, Vaibhavi and Shivani put excellent points from the Floor, and a great deal of fun was had by all!
