Scouted through her dedicated Instagram football account, Lily was invited to trial for the London Football Talent Centre, where she quickly impressed selectors. Her hard work and commitment paid off as she was offered a place as their number-one goalkeeper, securing a coveted spot in the Junior Premier League—a dream she has been working towards for the past year and a half.

Joining the Academy brings many exciting benefits, including personalised one-to-one coaching sessions, exclusive training beneath the iconic Wembley Stadium, and the opportunity to work with Under Armour. With a strong record of nurturing talent, the Academy has produced goalkeepers who have progressed to clubs like Arsenal and Chelsea—an inspiring future for Lily as she competes against teams like Millwall and West Ham.

Remaining loyal to her roots, Lily will continue to train with QPR alongside her new role at the Talent Centre. Her commitment to balancing football with her studies also means she’ll have more time to focus on academics, with a revised training schedule of twice-weekly sessions and matches on Saturdays.
