On Wednesday, 14 March, the Y12 Young Enterprise team attended the West Berkshire Young Enterprise Area Finals at Arlington Arts. As part of the event, the team had to prepare a company report, a presentation and were interviewed by judges about their business.
Pippa from Y8 entered her scholastic essay play ‘Fire’ into the creative writing section of Basingstoke Music Festival and has won the Y7-13 script category and the Jane Austen Steventon Trophy with a commended score.

Following on from last year’s success at the Robotics Challenge, a team of 11 students from Y8 & 9 were tasked with designing and developing a new improved robot to complete a series of challenges founded on aviation and sponsored by the RAF in their centenary year.
On Saturday, 24 February our Sixth Form students organised a charity ball at Elcot Park Hotel to raise money for Epilepsy Action. More than ninety guests attended a really entertaining evening - with an auction, a raffle, a photo booth and much dancing. A great time was had by all.
